Job Description:

1、Take department training regularly and pass the tests.

2、Process client cases. Keep track of, check, organize and translate related documents of clients’. Actively pursue progress of cases and independently complete the whole application process.

3、Manage and file client documents.

4、Abide all policies and protocols of the company.

5、Any ad hoc work assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualification:

1、English proficiency CET-6 or Professional 4, professional 8 or above is a plus, 2 years related work experience; 1 year related experience for outstanding candidates;

2、Excellent spoken and written language skills;

3、Good interpersonal skills, resilience and coordination;

4、Detail-oriented, patient and practical;

5、Strong mental capacity, high stress tolerance, hardworking and dedicated;

6、Familiar with office software.
